A l'accueil le gérant est adorable, serviable, professionnel ...l'hôtel est très bien situé dans le coeur de la vieille ville et cependant silencieux grâce au double vitrage très performant. Il y a un parking avec tarif préférentiel à 100m de l'hôtel. L'hôtel ne sert pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a des bars dans la rue pour cela. Par contre il y a, à disposition, une machine à café pour 1€ le café et un distributeur d'eau fraîche libre.
