"I had an absolutely the best stay at the Jenna Villa in Ubud. In fact, I initially booked it for four nights and ended up extending twice to total of 8 nights. "Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"The stay was great! Check in was super quick but I checked in in the evening after a 3 hour flight. The room was good to just that the AC took a long time to cool the room and made some noises (it needs cleaning). This hotel is one of the few hotels in central Ubud that has a rooftop pool. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to shout about. Close proximity within 1 min to Coco Supermarket which often the meeting point for tours."
