« It's a quirky layout but absolutely adorable place and I would stay there again for sure! »

« Good housing concept. Quality house with a very good interior. Two things disappointed us a little: - not seeing anyone when arriving at the end of the day or before 10 a.m. when leaving, - breakfast was a bit limited. No bread (which for us French is unthinkable) and not really any fresh produce (ham, bacon, cheese, fruit...). »

« Cute vibe, clean, comfy bed, hot water and good pressure in shower, plenty of towels. Check in at 3, (not 4 which most places are) was nice. Personal texts. Plenty of soaps and shampoos, I would add some lotion. Big frig, fan and blow dryer were nice. Only negative is the walls are very thin, I could hear our neighbor snore! »

« The property was clean and very comfortable, and included many of those small amenities that one has at home but doesn’t always think about when traveling. It was a quiet neighborhood and a central location. Casey (the host) was very welcoming as well. »

« Rented the cottage for a family member (I live in the area). Cute, well-built and clean. In a quite and scenic location that is very close to Palmer. No disappointments. Owners are nice people and attentive. Two thumbs up. »

« Stay in the main house. The views are fabulous. Where we stayed the ground floor studio was not comfortable. Lighting was bad and it smelt of cigarette smoke. It was nice to have the main house to go into which if we hadn’t had a lot of luggage would have chosen »

« The bed is so comfy! The coffee is great! Clean, outdoor porch with grill (if the weather was nicer I'd have used it) but winter just didn't allow for it. Jill and her hubby have done a great job decorating and making this a "go to" option in Seward. Thank you! »

« This property is just the right size in just the right location. The owners we great and flexible. The price was amazing and the local attractions were all with a short distance. »

« We were in the bottom unit which was very noisy if there were guests upstairs! We could hear every footstep. The unit is basement, so it’s a little musty smelling. The owner does have a dehumidifier running in the bedroom. The unit is clean and well stocked. The location was good for hiking and adventures based out of Seward. We liked having the grill and we sat on the porch bar stools watching eagles! »

« Great peaceful slice of Alaska for you to enjoy! Beautiful lake, pier and small boats for your pleasure. The outdoor firepit by the lake was priceless, as most places do not offer such. It made it so much more relaxing! Host were super nice and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend. »

« We rented this property along with the main house for 7 adults and 5 children in July 2022. This property is Amazing and Tyler the property manager is terrific. These houses have everything you need for large groups and Tyler is very easy to communicate with and helpful. The fishing dock on the Kenia is wonderful and fun for all. The property is in a perfect location, close to town and right on the river. »

« Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again. »

« TB séjour. Le logement est petit mais confortable. Il y a tout le nécessaire. Le wifi ne passe pas. frigo et MO présents. Pas de TV (DVD possible). Le petit dej' est super : le proprio vous fait des pancakes maison en direct et c'est l'occasion aussi de discuter avec lui. »
