"The staff always Amazing . Samuel was our staff check in . He is great friendly and respectful. I wish all around Campo Grande like him . The gentleman took our luggage’s upstairs very gentil and also took our car to the parking lot . Great service at Deville .unfortunately they all booked for weeks here . We would love spend more days here , because this this will be long . 3 Months .So because they didn’t have anymore rooms we will be at another place after here . Love this place . Amazing . I...

"Asked the front desk to get an iron and ironing board. They do not offer that service, they offer a pressing service. I asked to have my shirts pressed, they said no problem we will pick them up. The service never pciked them up."

"I love this hotel - its history, its minimalism, the immense trees. It's time for some renovations though. The carpet is horrrible, the shower difficult to regulate (hot-cold). For the rest: friendly staff, quiet environment. Recommend it."

"Under extensive renovation.scaffolding surrounding entire property. A bit dated property with wonderful staff and nice breakfast. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!! Not even lotion or shower gel for amenities. Nice linens and towels. I was happy the rooms weren’t carpeted,only the halls. "

"Pior estadia da minha vida! É cobrado um depósito de R$300,00 que não aparece antes da reserva ser feita. Chegando lá só liberaram o quarto após o depósito, segundo eles R$100,00 é taxa de limpeza e R$200,00 seria estornado no checkout até agora não foi feito o estorno e não respondem no WhatsApp. Foram super grossos na recepção, não aconselho a ninguém se hospedar nesse lugar!! Fuja!"
