« Our unit was very clean. The unit was well furnished, excellent amenities. Outdoor needs renos. There are stairs, you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. The area is mostly quiet, but... Suites have a communicating door that let the sounds (voices and tv) go through easily. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" »

We stayed for a week and the card in the room said we would get room service halfway through our stay if we wanted it. We put the card out to service the room but they didn’t do it. Maintenance starts making noise before 8AM every morning and nobody seems to care; I've talk to people at the desk and the answer I got meant "it is what it is, it won't change, we don't care" "
