"We stayed for one night at this hotel. For the price this hotel is everything you could ask for. It is close to the main bus pickup in phong nha. The rooms and service are good. "It's ok level as a backpacker. I felt it's not so good to meet up other tourists because of their common area. You may be able to meet up them at their loof top bar. But it's a bit expensive than surrounding. And their information was poor. They even didn't know the bus stop to the airport and timetables. But I didn't feel uncomfortable from their facilities."

"Booked this place to find out we never “booked it”. Seems several other ppl had same problem while we tried to checked in. They “referred” us to their “other” property since they fill. Maybe use this as a gateway to fill both?"
