« The house is a circa 1950, ranch that has been renovated. It was clean and generally well maintained. We loved the hot tub. Our 3 year old liked the outside playhouse, corn hole game, toys and books. The finished basement was perfect for our son, his wife and their son. We had the upstairs. Both had large flat screen TVs. There was a grocery about a mile away. Although we felt safe, most houses in the neighborhood were not as well maintained as the one we were in. »

« Excellent location! Very easy drive to to Grandby and Grand Lake as well as to local area attractions. Beautiful home! The Property manager provided great information about the area and the instructions on accessing and leaving the home were clear. Relaxing atmosphere! Very spectacular views of Lake Grandby and the Rocky Mountains. »

« We felt very much at home in the house. It is very spacious and comfortable and excellently equipped (especially the kitchen). The contact with the host was very pleasant and prompt. The description of the bedrooms though does not match the beds on site: there are three bedrooms, two of them with a queen/king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed (room for 4 people). We would come back at any time, but would adjust the number of people to the beds on site. »

« Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice. »
