« It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. »

« We REALLY enjoyed staying at "Modern Condo w Pool." The condo was perfect for us. The location was really convenient. Ken was an outstanding host-- easy to work with, great communication, purveyor of much useful local info. Best of all for us, was that my wife kept saying, "They've thought of EVERYTHING!" The condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Many thanks! Will definitely come back, if our travels bring us back to Phoenix. »

« This was a great location for us. Close to the Acadia neighborhood where we were visitng family. Our traveling group included a senior citizen. So we appreciated amenities like the elevator access from the parking garage and the walk in shower in the master bath. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again! »

« This condo was in a nice location for our trip to help our daughter move out of college for the summer. Very nice layout and all the comforts of home. Pool was close by the unit which was a plus. Beds were comfortable, great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again! »

« The service from the host was great. The short comings are even though it’s 2 bed 2 bath the bed upstairs was uncomfortable and really just a mattress on the floor. Also there were only 1 couch and a desk chair which really isn’t enough for 4 adults. The cups and plates were only 3 so we had to buy cups for coffee. Overall I’m quite satisfied but can’t give 5 stars. »

« The stay here was smooth from beginning to end. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. It was secluded enough to be an oasis from a busy world but also was perfect for being able to go to multiple shopping centers and nightlife close by and commuting to wherever we needed due to the proximity to major highways. We loved everything about it and will definitely be choosing to stay here on our next trip to AZ! »

« Property seemed great from reviews- but we were so disappointed!!! This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had...
