This hotel represents the jewel among thorns as it seems to be the only place that is standardized and attractive in Cazenovia . "It’s a beautiful property on the lake. Walkable to town and we kayaked off the dock at the Inn and had drinks on their dock overlooking the water. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. It’s an old home converted to an Inn so the rooms are not handicapped accessible so know you’ll need to climb stairs. Breakfast was continental with selection of muffins, cereals, cheeses. "

"Family stayed for 2 nights for a sporting event in the area. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, hotel and rooms were clean. Price I thought was high for a 2 -3 star hotel, but that seemed to be the going rate that weekend, due to the high demand for rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend. "

"Friendly professional check in. It's a motel with cars parked outside rooms. Our bedroom windows looked out on the pool and the windows did not allow sound on from the outside-the room was very quiet. There were a lot of people coming to use the pool. No charge for pets which was very nice. We had trouble finding a place in town to eat. They were either permanently closed or mysteriously closed that evening. After driving around town to track down 3 restaurants that weren't open, we gave up and...
