« I haven't stayed in a traditional bed and breakfast for many years but the Showers Inn reminded me just how great they can be. The staff was incredible in reaching out beforehand, during checkin and throughout the stay. The room was wonderful. The made to order breakfast was incredible. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Bloomington again. »

« House and rooms size are ok but it's freezing in this house, you can't turn off the A/C sounds silly for me to use so many power. No curtains in the rooms means you'll wake up very early during ummer. As it's a old house you can hear your neighboors (TV, Stairs, Phone). Breakfast = no hot food, toasts, bagels, bananas, dairies & energy bars so so for such price I feel. Staff Helleen seems not very friendly with same sex visitors sharing a room no "Morning" during breakfast, when check...

« I loved the room "quiet" it was extreemly clean and quiet and the hot tub was easily accessable and also was clean and nice to hang out in...the only thing that was a bit hard for me was sewell road, its not in the best shape and i drive a sports car with 20 inch rims so i could only go about 10mph up the road till i reached the location but that is not the hosts fault they can not control the condition of the street, other then that it was a wonderful experience and earn 5 stars in all aspects...

« As an introvert in town for the weekend to visit friends, I needed my own space to decompress. The facilities were great and I didn't need to interact with anyone the entire time I was here, which was ideal. Personal codes were provided beforehand for the exterior door and the interior door to my room, which made everything smooth. »

« This is a lovely and comfortable farmhouse turned into a B&B. We had a lovely room with en suite bathroom (claw foot tub with a shower). There is a beautiful parlor and a dining room with self-serve coffee, tea etc, breakfast (baked goods, boiled eggs) and snack foods and refrigerated beverages. « We had a great time staying here! The place is very clean and had everything we needed. We even got to go fishing in the pond one of the mornings during our stay. Linda is very nice, accommodating, and an all-around wonderful host! »
