"Toilets didn’t flush for a few hours. Phones weren’t working in the room. Asked front desk to order taxi for certain times. Once they totally forgot so got late for our boat ride. Other times taxis showed up late. Asked staff for 4 towels for the pool, staff said only one available when there were lots of towels stored on display."

"Customer service was excellent at all times. Staff were always happy to help out with anything. The whole hotel was so clean and in superb condition. Air conditioning in the room was faultless. Our room didn’t have a balcony, so the towels weren’t able to dry each day because we chose to keep the air conditioning running for when we returned to the room, but they supplied clean towels every day without complaint. We requested extra hangers and an iron and ironing board - no problem there either. Breakfast was as advertised; it was well-managed by staff and offered a range of options for different tastes and diets. The pool was a lovely space to relax and cool down after a day of exploring. Bar staff were very cheerful and friendly when we were up there - even when we turned up to use the pool at 8.30pm (bar closes at 9pm and we were a family of four). Malta is the sort of place that you return to, and when we do again, we will just use this hotel from now on. We stayed in an Airbnb last time, but this was so much more comfortable. Our favourite aspect was how friendly the staff were."

"We stayed there for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary and birthday. Courtyard has done above and beyond! The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. They decorated our room twice for different occasions with complimentary Proseccos and chocolate. We told them we had a late flight on the check out date, and they offered us late check out till 2pm. And we could continue using all the facilities including indoor and outdoor pools even after check out. We are lucky to have Courtyard making our holiday so special and memorable."

"The Strand experience for the 4 days of our stay was truly amazing right on the harbour front a little 10 minutes by boat to Valletta 3 euros hundreds of restaurants to choose from. Excellent while use them again"

"A very well located hotel in Sliema. We had a sea view balcony room which had a fantastic view of the Marina and Valetta. The room was quite standard furnishing wise - perfectly acceptable and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The pool situation would personally put me off staying again. Having to queue to access a pool at 10.00am wasn't great for me - as an early rise, I like to be able to sit by the pool whenever I like. But that's just me! Pool hours were 10.00am to 6.00pm. We did not have breakfast but did enjoy a drink on the rooftop bar (again with great views)."

"I absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, the food was amazing, and the service by the pool was excellent. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Honestly, I have no complaints. Everything about this resort was great, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!"

"Absolutely lovely boutique hotel with spectacular views of the marina and Valletta. The staff was so friendly, the pool/spa area was peaceful and relaxing. The lunchroom is a perfect communal space. Very nice restaurants just a few steps away. Very convenient and centrally located. I can’t say enough good about my experience here. Thank you for your accommodation."
