« Suzanne at the front desk was very short and close to rude to me. I had been driving all day...already paid for my reservation on line prior to check in so I should have been able to relax after a shower and sleep as I still had 10 more hours of traveling to do the next day. She called me shirtly after I checked in and asked me to come back to the front desk to pay an additional fee of 25$ after my 50$ pet deposit, but wouldnt just run my card on file.
