"Great location and excellent facilities. Restaurant could definitely up its game as it’s beautiful and looks like it would be a great place to eat. Breakfast à la carte is uninspired but the buffet is no better than what is offered at mediocre hotels - including the bread is in plastic serving bags. Very little is fresh and it is far better to go out into ElCentro and eat at one of the many breakfast restaurants within a five minute walk. "

"Have never stayed here but I'm glad I did. The staff/front desk was wonderful, helpful and nice. Breakfast was included which was a big plus. The room was very nice, comfortable, big bed, and spacious. Close.to el Centro, within walking distance, restaurants, shops, plazas, church's... May very well stay here again. "

"We checked in at the posted check in time but had to wait 50 minutes for our room to be ready. Staff said that our room was the only one of its class and that's why we had to wait, but we saw several other parties who also had to wait. During all this, staff socialized with each other rather than focusing on work. Two days later when we checked out, we had to wait a very long time for an elevator as 3 of the cleaning staff were seemingly stopping at every floor, chatting with each other, and then allowing the elevator to move. We also found the included breakfast completely depressing. The eggs had a green-blue tint, the beans were far too orange in color, the fruit did not seem fresh, and the coffee was truly horrible. We did not even try the included breakfast our second morning. "
