« L’appartement est très bien. L’hôte très sympathique et disponible. Il réagit vite en cas de problème. Le seul problème (indépendant de l’hôte) est que c’est proche de la gare de train. Les trains klaxonnent fort à toute heure, et on les entend bien. Si vous y allez pour plusieurs jours, c’est ok; on s’habitue. Mais pour un court séjour ça peut être problématique si vous êtes sensible au bruit. »

« The staff is very welcoming and friendly! The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect location to walk into downtown for our sled dog events. They do not have a pool or spa, but you are able to use the facilities at the Captain Cook hotel which is across the street. »

« We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...
