"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was amazing. We bookended our vacation in Costa Rica by staying a night at both ends of it at the Hotel Presidente. We flew in to San Jose and then traveled to other cities. San Jose doesn’t have much to offer. However, this property really stands out and provides their guests with an actual experience. "This is a great airport hotel. Centrally located in Alajuela, you can walk to get food or a short taxi/UBER to other restaurants. They have airport drop off 24hrs and driver was there on time. Can't comment on pool/food as have only stayed before or leaving SJO."
