« 0/10\. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though. »

Gloria was helpful and a great resource for any questions we had. The property dogs were so sweet and friendly, we loved having them there to see daily. We only wish our stay was longer! »

« Hotel assez kitch, très bien situé par rapport au carnaval. Chambres petites mais propres. Restauration assez quelconque. Nous n'avons pas essayé le petit déjeuner. Absolument pas conseillé pour des personnes à mobilité réduites, la reception est en haut d'un grand escalier et il y a encore d'autres marches pour accéder aux chambres. Un peu cher pour la qualité globale mais je m'attendais à pire (par exemple nos chambres avaient bel et bien des fenêtres !) »

"The only good thing about this place is the staff: very nice and friendly. But the room needed a lot of love, specially the shower: we had to wear sandals when showering because we did not trust the shower floor. Very sorry, but I will not recommend this place to anyone."
