We were entertained by the Sandhill Cranes in the field, and learned a lot about the area from our host Lesley. Highly Recommended! Such a lovely weekend stay at Twin Peaks! Beautiful location, property and house. We stayed in the Crimson room which was clean, comfortable and had great views of the trees water and sunsets. The house was lovely and we felt comfortable leaving our room and moving around the shared areas. Breakfast was amazing each day and Leslie was so friendly and always had great recommendations about what we could do on the island. We had accidentally left a light on in our car when we arrived the first night and Leslie and Michael were so kind and patient when we had to ask them to help us jump our car in the morning.
