Le matelas du canapé-lit mériterait d'être changé. Problèmes d'isolation phonique entre les logements (notamment ceux de l'étage supérieur) et de la climatisation. Dommage que nous ne puissions nous garer dans la cour dès lors qu'il y ait déjà 3 voitures.
