"We left after the first night and stayed with friends in Claremont. The place was not as described. Lobby is dimly lit and it’s like a motel rather than a house or apartment. The bathroom had no door, just a curtain which made it very awkward for me and my teen daughter. The hallway carpet and walls were dirty and stained, shower also has rusty stains. Overall I felt misled by the description.The host was unresponsive until the day of arrival as was mentioned at the time of booking. They...

"Stayed at this location to be close to Universal Studios and a few other destinations around LA. Was surprised to see that it’s close/walkable to Thai town, where we enjoyed several good meals. The apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was good for check-in and check-out. We did have an issue with the garage fob not working during our stay and it was remedied with a new opener when we reached out."
