« The property was clean. It is in a safe neighborhood with a walking path nearby. The upstairs noise was loud enough to wake us each morning in the 5am hour. There were adequate bathroom towels & washcloths. There were not enough extra blankets. It was hard to comfortably watch the tv in the living room with our larger party. The kitchen was pretty bare bones--no mixing bowls, measuring cups, food storage options (plastic wrap, foil, baggies, storage containers with lids, jars, etc), no dish...

« The property was immaculately clean and the furnishings are all modern and very comfortable, including the beds. It’s very convenient to the highway, shopping and dining and all of the attractions we wanted to visit - Golden, Morrison, Boulder, Rocky Mnt Nat Park, etc. We were all frazzled after driving 900 miles and the property owner, Linda, was very patient and responsive to my questions about things that would have been answered had I noticed the instructions that were already clearly posted...

« We came for the Madonna concert but this place was perfect to explore the entire area. Only about 10 min from downtown, 18 min. to Red Rocks, Sloane lake down the street. Place was clean, had all we needed from TV, heating, kitchen. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfy. Recommendations are little man ice cream, Edgewater food hall and Sloane lake. Would stay here again for sure. »

« Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice. »
