"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

"This Hotel is a gem! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just off the fabulous Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen. Good vibes and cool looking rooms. I have a King sized bed and a huge, tiled bath tub with a rain forest shower. The swimming pool is excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional. "

"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. In my opinion, it would be better to make a buffet where tourists can take what they want themselves and...

"By the time I got to my room , around 7:40 pm , I didn’t receive the email with the password for my room so I went to the front desk for help , the guy he wasn’t a front desk agent he was a security guy who barely knew what he was doing , not his fault though , but I couldn’t get to my room till 8:30 ish which is not possible as check in time is before that , door should have been accesible since check in time not after that . "

Smaller, quiet, resort without loud obnoxious parties and music. Beach is stunning with numerous palm trees and palapas. Beach Restaurant on site and available next door. A diamond in the ruff"

"Smoke free, clean, quiet and safe area with a Walmart Express and convenience stores nearby(Oxxo). I really liked having the well equipped kitchen to cook breakfast so we could have more time to go out and venture. There are plenty of options for dining nearby & some deliver or do carry out. Armonik Suites has a glass entry way with stairs but a rail would help especially for people mobility issues. Elevator is available with a TV lounge as well in main lobby- I think all rooms are in upper...
