It is exceptionally clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and you can walk from the backyard down to a little 12 ft Long Beach on the pond that has two Adirondack chairs- perfect for sunrise and sunset. There is a large lawn in back with a resident bunny. You can relax on a stone patio with an umbrella covered table large enough for 6/8 seats. The house only has one bathroom- which was a challenge with two shower-obsessed teenage boys but once we discovered the warm water shower outside it became a non-issue. I actually preferred the outdoor shower under the stars :) There is a magnificent small grocer called Lamberts less that 5 min from the house and we spent a relaxing day at Craigesville beach which less than 19 min from the house as well. This house was so charming. We would absolutely stay here again. ##### Rebecca H. We found a couple great bakeries, Amie and Pain D’Avignon nearby. A couple of minor things, the bed linen and bath towels were worn out and could do with replacing. The neighborhood was very quiet. In the morning, we went kayaking on the Long Pond that had clear water and plenty of wildlife to watch. In the afternoon, beautiful oaks in the large backyard created a shade over the patio, where we enjoyed many meals and games. We also went to the spacious beaches of Centerville Harbor, which were a short drive or bike ride away.
