It was immaculately clean, cozy, well equipped, and convenient to everything! Town, restaurants, big box shopping, and a beautiful beach!The back yard is private with plenty of outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate while we were there so we couldn't take advantage of relaxing on the back patio...but it would be wonderful if the sun was out!If I have the opportunity to return to the Cape, I would stay here again without hesitation! Close to the beach but not far from restaurants, shopping and grocery. We enjoyed the tranquil backyard and fire pit. The kids had their own rooms upstairs. Even our blind dog had no issues getting around and she never felt anxious during the stay (so much better than putting her at a kennel for a week). Easy access to downtown Hyannis for shopping and nightlife, walkable to beaches with fantastic swimming. The house is newly renovated, but maintains the charm of a home with some history in the area. Sweet backyard with a patio set up to enjoy outdoor dining and lounging. The neighborhood feels secluded, but is really near all the summer happenings. Well stocked kitchen, smart use of a small space. I can't say enough about our fantastic stay. Much roomier than we expected. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable to two beaches and a short drive to the town of Hyannis where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was exactly what we needed for a family with young adults. The host was very attentive to our needs and pretty much thought of everything to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. When we arrived the place was very clean. We cooked in a few meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great one day with heavy rain but the couch was so comfortable no one minded hanging out watching TV or reading a book.
