New to Northwest Arkansas or just looking for a place to call home? Be one of the first to call this fully furnished modern new construction house your home. Located just 4 miles from Walmart HQ, 5 miles from the Bentonville square and 5 miles to NWA's hidden gem in Coler preserve trailhead where you can bike, walk or run to Airship coffee. Featherston subdivision is located within the Bentonville School District and features walking trails, an awesome dog park, and a duck pond with future volleyball and pickleball courts to come.   
  
The downstairs features an open concept living room and kitchen great for entertaining or relaxing after a long day at work or on the trails. The kitchen comes prepared with all essential cookware, plates, drinkware and a Keurig. In the office you will find an adjustable standing desk and monitor designed to optimize your comfort and productivity.  
  
Upstairs you'll discover a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and massive walk-in closet, two guest bedrooms with a full bathroom to share and is completed by a washer and dryer conveniently located between the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom also features queen beds.   
  
Our leasing options aim to bring you simplicity by including Wi-Fi, all utilities and lawn care.  
  
Pet Friendly - This community features a large dog park just steps from your front door.

Points forts : Propreté

Ronald was super easy to communicate with which made our stay easy. The property is very neat and tidy. I'd say one of the most clean properties we've ever stayed in. Our only negative was the pervious tenant has stolen a lot of the kitchen amenitites which mean we needed to buy extra items to ensure we were comfortable
