This charming waterfront cottage is designed for relaxation, adventure, and family fun. Inside, guests will find a fully furnished space complete with modern comforts, an automated surround sound and TV system, plenty of board games, and even a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up by on cool evenings. This is listed as a waterfront home, when in actuality you are renting a guest house in the backyard of the main home which is mostly blocking the waterfront view. The hot tub listed is an outdoor bathtub that was full of half empty planters, lawn cushions and debris. The cottage is on a larger property - the owner’s home is at the waters edge with a dock and the cottage sits back from their home. We had access to the dock and a play set and kayaks. The cottage was so well-designed, well-appointed for cooking, relaxing, with lots of amenities and nice outdoor landscaping and seating; a beautiful space to stay. John was an amazing host - very helpful and respectful of our space during our stay. Nice to be able to experience an area of the Island that was new to me even though I grew up here.
