Very clean two-bedroom, two-bath condo in a family-friendly association. Comfortably sleeps 6 with all the comforts of home including cable, internet, and a full kitchen. The property contains a multi-sport​ complex, outdoor pool, and private access to the Saco​ River.

A short ride to Conway village, Story Land, Diana's​ baths, Jackson Falls, and much more! Minutes from Mount Cranmore and a short drive to many other skiing options such as Attitash, Wildcat, Bretton Woods, and many hiking trails.

A perfect place for family ski trips, shopping at Settlers Green​ or creating memories on the Saco River.

Time to relax

Beautiful cozy condo

The condo is in a very quiet community. Minutes from the Fryeburg Fair where we were going to visit. Close to shopping and other services. I would definitely recommend this property!

Girls weekend

We loved the condo, there was nothing we didnt have! Appreciated that it had all the necessities and more, have stayed at other rentals and was lucky to have forks. The whole place had a welcoming vibe, will definitely stay again when in the area! The only slight downside was the pool was so cold but it was nice to lay in the sun.

Saco River Dream

This condo was in a perfect location for our family ski trip to Cranmore Mountain. Nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. In a quiet location that made it easy to get to shopping, dinning, and skiing. Will be back for a summer adventure!

Saco River in august

We booked this condo late May after the reservations I made in January at another house fell threw. This condo far exceeded our expectations and we loved every minute of our stay. Loved the location to the river, to saco bounce tubing and all our favorite spots along then Saco. We also visited Santa before we went home. While small it was plenty of space for a family of 4…even with a preteen and her annoying little brother.

Great condo

This condo was incredibly confortable from the couches to bed to the ac working!! It had all the amenities you need and more . It was a short drive to North Conway (about 15 minutes) and all there is to offer there! It was very clean and provided plenty of towels. We would definitely be staying here again . Only downfall was the pool is very shaded and chilly in the afternoon when you get back from excursions but otherwise was clean and private . As far as the condo goes it was really a great deal!!!

This place was perfect! For 6 of us it was roomy and a great place to relax after being out all day. It’s location was perfect for us. We liked the pool and wish we had more time.
