The 160 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor oasis with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. This vacation home offers a shared pool (open from June 15 to September 30), a playground, and an outdoor shower. For warmer days the property boasts an outdoor nebuliser cooling system. The property is situated within 10 minutes of Día, Covirán, Cash Emilia, and Carrefour supermarkets. It is also very close to Ruta del Veleta, a nationally recognized restaurant. Los Faroles, a local eatery, is just 100 m away, and Las Rejas, a popular tapas bar, is 300 m away. It is also recommended to visit Sierra Nevada. A parking space is available on the property, and 2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is available in the living room and the corridor. Firewood can be provided upon check-in (for a fee based on the quantity). There are security cameras in the garage and the outdoor area, which are switched off when the property is occupied by guests.
