It includes a kitchen / living room with sofa bed (1 place), double bedroom, bathroom and laundry room / closet. The apartment has a pergola where you can 'eat outside' and a terrace, connected by a common external staircase, used as a solarium and to have breakfast or a snack as you wish. The house is located in a privileged logistic position, a few kilometers from Cefalù and the Palermo-Messina and Palermo-Catania motorway junction; moreover, the intense green of the hills of the 'Parco delle Madonie', in which it is immersed, merges with the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea which offers the splendid scenery of the Aeolian Islands. The apartment is furnished with new furniture chosen with taste and care to meet guests' needs and make their stay more welcoming and pleasant. Oct 15, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Toller Kurzurlaub bei Cefalu im Oktober '22 Wir waren Anfang Oktober für 5 Tage in der Unterkunft, ein kleines Doppelapartmenthaus mit schönem großem Garten und einer Dachterrasse mit grandiosem Blick bis zum Meer. In unserer Reisezeit waren wir alleine auf dem Grundstück, und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das Apartment ist hochwertig mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar und Küchenutensilien sind neu. Betten und Matratzen sind sehr gut. Alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Cefalu, mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die schöne Bucht mit Sandstrand, wo man selbst Anfang Oktober noch hervorragend baden kann (großer Parkplatz unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade). Das Apartmenthaus (über eine kleine Nebenstraße zu erreichen) liegt hoch am Berg, so dass es dort immer angenehm frisch ist im Vergleich zu Cefalu. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber, Daniele und Familie, war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen leider nur kurzen Urlaub und bedanken uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft! PS: Wen es interessiert: Wie in der Gegend auch auf anderen Bauwerken zu sehen, ist das Haus mit einer kleinen Photovoltaik- und einer Solaranlage ausgestattet, die die beiden Apartments umweltfreundlich mit Warmwasser und Strom versorgt, der (wenn nicht selbst verbraucht) ins lokale Netz gespeist wird (!) Darüber waren wir sehr dankbar. Daniele und seine Mutter erwarteten uns und empfingen uns sehr gastfreundlich (mit sizilianischem Wein und Gebäck) und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Uns erwartete eine sehr saubere , geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. In der Zeit unseres Urlaubs fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und nutzten alle Annehmlichkeiten dieser Wohnung, genossen die Ruhe der Umgebung und den wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Liparischen Inseln. Von unserer Ferienwohnung aus unternahmen wir mit unserem Auto interessante Ausflüge ins innere der Insel. Dabei gab uns Daniele bereitwillig und gern Auskunft und Tipps über interessante und mögliche Ausflugsziele. Oct 3, 2017 #### Perfekte Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen Wir waren im September für 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Anreise gestalte sich trotz Dunkelheit leicht, da Daniele uns eine hervorragende Wegbeschreibung zukommen ließ und bereits auf der Straße auf uns wartete. Besonders haben wir uns über den herzlichen Empfang von ihm und seiner Mutter gefreut. Es standen Wasser, Wein und Gebäck als Begrüßungsgeschenk bereit. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist blitzblank und einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Beschreibung traf zu 100% zu. Man hat eine fantastische Aussicht, sowohl auf das Meer als auch auf das bergige Hinterland. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und man kann so seinen Urlaub genießen. Nach einer Woche fand ein Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel statt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Schränke bieten mehr als ausreichend Stauraum. Es steht ein großer Kühlschrank und ein separater Gefrierschrank mit 2 Fächern zur Verfügung. Zudem stand ein Grill samt Holzkohle und Anzündern bereit. Daniele und seiner Mutter waren immer hilfsbereit und standen bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich, da sie etwas abgelegen ist. Dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten sowohl in Cefalu als auch in Sant Ambrogio. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit uneingeschränkt wieder buchen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank an Daniele und seine Mutter! ##### Ulrich K. Das Appartement liegt wie beschrieben oberhalb des Meeres etwa 3km und bietet einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse auf's Meer und das schöne Hinterland. Danielle ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbstgemachtes Olivenöl stand sogar bereit:). Da das Appartement im Dunkel nicht so leicht zu finden ist, kam uns Danielle persönlich in Cefalu abholen um uns zum Haus zu führen. Ein Mietwagen ist sinnvoll damit Einkäufe etc. in Cefalu oder einem kleinen Laden in Sant Ambrogio erledigt werden können. Wir hatten eine super Woche auf Sizilien und haben den tollen Garten, die Terasse, die gute Ausstattung und die tolle Umgebung des Appartements sehr genossen. ##### Marc K. Aug 22, 2016 #### Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlgarantie wir haben hier 2 Wochen unseres Urlaubs verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist neu, super sauber und in perfektem Zustand. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den liebevoll angelegten Garten. Von der Dachterrasse gibt es eine grandiosen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Die Lage ist etwas erhöht, dafür absolut ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man in kürzester Zeit in Cefalu oder am Strand. Hier nochmal einen ganz lieben Dank an den Vermieter für die Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit, die uns zuteil wurde. Aug 16, 2016 #### tutto come da foto e anche di più al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con una bella bottiglia di vino e dolci tipici siciliani... la casa ci è stata data in perfette condizioni, pulita e soprattutto è nuovissima. c è tutto l indispensabile per poterci vivere la vacanza. il barbecue con tanto di carbone e diavolina, la lavatrice il fono ecc. il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. il wifi funziona bene. la casa è fresca e anche se c è il climatizzatore non c è alcul bisogno del suo utilizzo. nessuna critica negativa e se torneremo a cefalù sarà il primo posto che contatterò. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Terrasse, der Garten und die Dachterrasse. Im Haus ist alles ganz neu und supersauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gli spazi esterni curati e molto funzionali. Ottima la pulizia. I proprietari, la signora Teresa e il figlio Daniele, sono stati molto disponibili, accoglienti e cordiali. I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.
