Fishing from two, not one but two, docks. One of the best fishing holes around, especially at low tide. Or bring your air boat or flats boat and fish the, what else, the flats. Clean your catch in the screened boat house. Finish your day on the balcony enjoying Cedar Keys spectacular sunsets. Please note there is no internet available at the Solano House. Schedule your vacation now at the Solano House in Cedar Key! Coming to Cedar Key, Florida is all about Island Location. Solano House is Location, location, location! The amazing views, the fishing, the sunsets and serenity will draw you back time and time again. We're an elevated house with two bedrooms and one bath. Our house has a covered waterfront porch with comfortable furniture. We're fully furnished and supplied. Just bring groceries and catch you supper right from your dock. We are NO smoking and NO pets please. Two queens in the bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room. We accommodate a maximum of six guests please. \-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying \-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways \-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic \-Parties and/or events are not allowed \-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke \-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal \-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit \-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom \-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance \-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout. \-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. This is an elevated, older home on the water. Its elevation provides excellent views from the waterfront porch. The house is well maintained and equipped. Since it is elevated, it did not suffer damage from the recent hurricanes, as did neighboring residences. One of the docks was replaced; the fish cleaning station was rebuilt, but it is not screened in. No internet was a bit of a hassle, but strong 5G reception offset it.The only negative was that the listed TV and Spectrum connection did not work. The management company was very responsive, quickly replacing the TV with a new Roku TV and placing a work order with the cable provider. Unfortunately, no connectivity... cable, internet, antennas... left the TV a brick. It would be helpful if the house number were marked. Currently, nothing identifies the house, which is encircled by several other homes. We had a great stay! ##### Bill T.
