With two king bedrooms, a sunny second-story deck, and a full kitchen made for laid-back meals, this is the perfect home base for your Cedar Key getaway. Sip morning coffee with a view from the deck, or unwind on the dock as the tide rolls in. Comfortable, quiet, and just minutes from downtown, Seaside Cottage makes it easy to relax.

Access requires climbing stairs, please plan accordingly  
Please only park in the gravel and concrete areas, NO parking on the grass  
\-It is asked that there are no guests under 18  
\-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying  
\-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways  
\-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic  
\-Parties and/or events are not allowed  
\-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke  
\-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal  
\-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit  
\-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom  
\-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance  
\-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.  
\-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.  
\-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.  
\-Please do your dishes.  
\-No illegal substances allowed on premises.  
\- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.  
\- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.  
\- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
