Great for both couples and families! The unit offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with twin/full bunk beds), Wifi, smart TV in both living room and master, kitchen w/ full stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dining table, and washer/dryer. There's also a dining table with plenty of space for 4\. Perhaps the most sought-after amenity is the parking, which is right out front with a private overflow lot located a very short walk from the building. Just ask about boat trailer parking!
