We rent it when we attend the Shakespeare Festival. It's right across the street. The apartment has a very small bathroom and kitchen. Always super clean, comfy couch & big TV in living room, cozy overall. Very quiet as insurance business upstairs so are gone at night & weekend. Never hear anything up there during weekdays either.Nice parking lot out back, take this place just for the parking for the festival!!
