VRBO updated their breakdown. Please know that the property fee of $100 is refundable deposit when you check out. Close to shopping and near down town Cedar City, movie theater, dining, shopping, fitness center and swimming pool. Includes 2 free fitness passes upon request. This area is very quiet and peaceful in a wonderful community. We've never had any problems with guests or the neighborhood and we appreciate your cooperation in being respectful and conscience of the community. Interior photos now provided.
