Ground floor: living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm), shower room with large walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room.  
Upstairs: bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm),

bedroom (four single beds that can be joined together),  
bathroom with shower and bathtub + second sink for children, separate toilet.  
Air source heat pump heating included.  
  
Adjoining covered area with ping-pong table, children's bicycles, shuffleboard, darts, etc.  
Shaded terrace and private, unfenced garden of approximately 800 m² on a 4.5-hectare property shared with another gîte, which includes a 1300 m² pond.  
  
Rower access and catch-and-release fishing available.  
  
Massage service available by reservation. Farm animals and cattle.  
Hiking trails start from the cottage. Charming and comfortable cottage ideally located close to shops and in a very quiet setting surrounded by the magnificent pear and apple trees of the Domfront region! Families will enjoy caring for the various farm animals and exploring the hiking trails on site.
