The downstairs bed is especially firm. Seems a mattress topper for both beds would improve ratings significantly. Also, there are no dinner plates! There are only small plates. The view is fabulous, we enjoyed watching the surfers and the waves. The property is well stocked and has everything you need. Downtown is a very short walk and so is the beach and the pier.
