Microwave worked, but only one burner of hot plate functioned, and there were no pots and just two ratty frying pans. Also few plates and utensils.Kind of far from the main part of town and the roads are full of puddles and potholes. There are a couple of grocery stores close by, but the road conditions made walking to them impossible. Feb 12, 2019 #### Mixed reviews for both Caye Caulker and the condo we stayed in The picture shows a beautiful pool which attracted us, however the pool was very dirty. We did complain and it was sort of cleaned but it did remain a rather nasty green colour. It was difficult to get hold of the Manager, we tried several times to talk to her regarding the advertised bikes that VRBO were advertising but there are none. We tried to talk to her regarding the lack of cleaning materials aswell. Finally we got hold of her but alas no bikes. When we were in room we liked too have door open as living space is small and as there are a lot of mosquitoes and no serums it would be good to have a screen. There is a bedroom a small living room and a bathroom which are basic but adequate. We were disappointed that Caulker did not have a proper beach. Although the reef is only a mile away it is difficult to get there without having to pay at least 75usd or more per person. We had hoped to be able to snorkel.
