No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes. While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. No illegal substances or activities on the premises. Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment. We had no clue about the Columbia/Cayce area. Exterior of the house is cute, updated. It is on a corner lot of a very busy street with a liquor store across the street. Houses across the street look a little run down although their properties including the one next door are the nicest on the block. Check-in was smooth. Property was listed to accomodate up to 8\. There was only 3 forks, 4 coffee cups, some random glassware, not enough dishes, no extra towels (literally 1 per person), no blankets (told by property owner, the sheets and coverlet were the blankets, no extra pillows, no basic cleaning supplies to clean the counter or dining table. They did doordash a set of flatware for 4 people.Beds were comfortable.Property needs a overhaul on inventory. We were scheduled to check out on Saturday morning. On Friday afternoon, my husband and I were in the Master bedroom packing our things, when we heard a loud aggressive knock on the front door, before we could even get out of the bedroom, a young man was standing in the doorway. He had the code and let himself in. To say this was frightening is an understatement. Long story short, it was one of their maintenance workers. The worker came back to the property after we said to leave. He wouldn't leave. Owner called. We immediately checked out and stayed at a hotel. Owner refunded our and apologized. I was shaken up.
