Bom dia , fiquei uma noite no hotel e fui muito bem atendido e recepcionado, de modo geral um hotel de primeira qualidade porém , acredito que para mim e no quarto que fiquei não foi muito agradável : o colchão muito macio que me ocasionou dores lombares, o ar condicionado mal posicionado, e o seu direcionamento de ar vai direto no rosto do hóspede e causa grande desconforto. Fora isso que acredito será sanado, o hotel é muito bom, estão de parabéns pela organização e limpeza.
