« We really enjoyed our stay at Michele’s cottage! The location was perfect for what we went up north for. The property was well taken care of and had everything you could possibly need. There weee even games and fun activities for the whole family! Plenty of space with comfortable king size beds in 3 separate rooms. The linens were cozy and pillows weee great! Michele genuinely cared about us, our stay and her property. I am looking forward to staying there again, I really can’t say it enough...

« Wonderful! Taylor was a kind and thoughtful host. The cottage is perfectly located, cozy, and quiet. The walk to Northport on South Shore is beautiful with views of the lake and wildflowers all along. (We also saw deer, bunnies, and frogs on the two track path.) The cottage was clean, bright, comfortable, and the deck in front was beautifully landscaped and an excellent place to wind down after a day at the beach. « While we were there on a very hot weekend we were able to keep the house cool with the fans at night. Being from Western North Carolina my husband and I were able to adapt however, I would probably suggest that anyone with less of a heat tolerance be sure and check the weather for your stay! « “Mi Happy Place” became our happy place for a few glorious nights. Emily was incredibly gracious leaving us several unexpected goodies like a s’mores bag and fresh bread and cherries. Watching the full moon rise over the lake was an added bonus! The house is cozy with luxe finishes and furnishings, soft bedding and all the modern conveniences. A 5-star stay all around! »

« This was delightfully unexpected and delivered way beyond expectations. New, roomy, modern, perfect location on the perfect lake for a quiet getaway. We rented bikes and SUPs and played for two days. The cabin shares a dock with another cabin right next door, so if you need complete privacy, you may be disappointed. It didn’t bother us at all. Or rent both cabins for a big family gateway. Beds and pillows were super comfy, beach towels, fire pits and outdoor furniture provided. Big TV for...

« The older house was hotter than expected… fans worked some. mooring for boat not strong enough but boat people brought another anchor which worked great. The deck was very rough and one child stepped on an nail sticking out… deck definitely needs some attention rest all good! »

« A cute cottage in an ideal location! The house is spacious and had everything we needed for a family vacation with adults and kids. The kids especially loved the floating dock. It’s warm during the day in the cottage as there’s just one wall unit ac but we spent the whole day outside and didn’t mind. It cools the place down enough at night, or turn it off and open the windows! The family photos and measurements on the wall were so cute. It’s definitely a place for family memories! »
