Large garden, for 1 or 2 families Cavalaire is a paradise between two protected natural parks, known for its ideal sandy beach, one of the largest on the Côte d'Azur, its large marina and its choice of shops and restaurants. It is pleasant to stay there all year round, the city is always lively, very green, with hundreds of palm trees and oleanders. Cavalaire is well known to divers for the many sites and wrecks submerged in exceptional flora and marine fauna. It is possible, even in summer, to park there easily and be quiet on the beach! We will give you many details and little secrets of the Cavalairois that will help you spend an unforgettable vacation! Le Clos des Lantanas is a beautiful Provencal villa well renovated, with WIFI, 4 rooms (125 m2 on 2 levels) with a sea view and a superb Mediterranean garden. It is located in an exceptional environment, calm and green, 1500 m from a magnificent sandy beach and 2000 m from many shops. Le Clos des Lantanas is a spacious and very beautiful villa, in the middle of a large Mediterranean garden, quiet if, of course, you like the song of the cicadas! It offers, on 125 m2 well renovated, 3 bedrooms all air conditioned, which can accommodate 1 or 2 families with children: \- a garden view room of 12 m2 opening onto a large terrace of 60 m2, with 2 beds of 90x190 (air conditioning silent new Mitsubishi in 2019) \- a sea view room of 12 m2 opening onto a 12 m2 balcony overlooking the garden, with a 160x200 double bed and very quiet new Mitsubishi air conditioning; \- a hill view room for 2 children or adolescents of 9 m2 with toys, a beautiful pull-out bed and very quiet new Mitsubishi air conditioning; The living room is nicely decorated, with a fireplace, a new flat screen TV, a CD player, a stereo, games, books, and has new silent air conditioning as of April 2019! It has wide access to the terrace and a sofa bed which can be used for one or two additional people. The 12 m2 dining room has a table for 8 people and a large choice of dishes and cutlery. The kitchen is very well equipped: traditional oven, extractor, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, microwave, electric coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, food processor, toaster, kettle ... 2 bathrooms completely renovated in 2019: \- bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, which was completely renovated in 2018; \- bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer (renovation completed in May 2019). There are 2 individual WCs; The garden furniture has an outdoor table and 8 contemporary chairs, a gas barbecue, 6 sun loungers and deckchairs, a large adjustable parasol, an electric blind allowing you to have lunch in the shade. The sea view overlooks the Cap Lardier natural park, the cape being superb to see in the evening light. Le Clos des Lantanas has in particular: \- free WIFI connection; \- 3-burner gas barbecue; \- washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner; Children and babies are particularly welcome: \- baby chair and cot up to 2 years, baby bath; \- beach games and toys are available to host children. We have two young children and the villa was perfect for our needs, also we didn’t want a pool and the outside area is safe. The area is quite and the beds comfortable. Each bedroom has aircon which helped. The villa also has toys and beach gear which was a big help with the kids and helped avoid paying for loungers on the beach. Minna and Frédéric have been great hosts and arranged the check in and check out at our convenience. Communication was always easy and smoothly. The house itself is just wonderful and perfectly equipped. It had all we needed for our stay. You can have a look on the sea and the villa itself is equipped with a large living space, dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a roof terrace directly accessible from the sleeping room. In the garden you get the sun almost all day and having dinner on the terrace is just wonderful. All the beaches are just a few minutes drive away. Vor allem die schöne Gartenanlage, der beheizte Pool und die ruhige Umgebung haben zur Entspannung und Erholung beigetragen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad / WC und eine Terrasse im Halbgeschoss über dem Eingang. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer, die Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und Dusche / WC. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. Auf der Terrasse ist ein grosser Esstisch für 6 Personen und ein guter Gasgrill. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, der Strand in zwanzig Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Es sind zwei Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustüre innerhalb der Umzäunung vorhanden, die Ein- Ausfahrt ist mit durchschnittlichem Fahrkönnen gut zu meistern. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt und wir konnten unsere Hunde den ganzen Tag frei laufen lassen, ohne uns Sorgen machen zu müssen. In der Umgebung hat es einige schöne Strände, z. Bsp. die Plage du Débarquement oder die Plage de Bonporteau, welche zu Fuss in 30 bis 40 Minuten erreichbar sind. Mit dem Auto erreicht man St. Tropez oder Cap Taillat in 40 Minuten. Jolie piscine ombragée et ensoleillée selon le moment et une terrace parfaite pour repas tout au long de la journée. Hôte très accueillants. Les carreaux étaient sales et il y avait de la poussière un peu partout. Pour le reste le bien était propre. Les propriétaires ont augmenté la capacité mensuelle WIFI. ##### Philippe V.
