In a green and sunny setting in Cauterets, close to the nature theatre (children's games, tennis, skate park, bowling green...), 10 minutes' walk from the cable car (700m) and Cauterets town centre;   
  
45m2 duplex flat designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people.   
  
30m2 south-west-facing terrace with mountain views.   
  
Shared swimming pool during the summer school holidays.   
  
Parking space and ski locker.   
  
Upper floor entrance:   
  
1 double bedroom (bed 140) with wardrobe.   
  
1 bedroom-cabin with 2 bunk beds.   
  
1 wc   
  
Lower level:   
  
Living room with sitting area and sofa bed (2x80), dining table for 6 people, equipped kitchenette (vitro hob, fridge-freezer, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, filter Senséo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine).   
  
Bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit, washing machine/dryer, hairdryer.   
  
From the French window in the living room, you can access the terrace with panoramic mountain views. It has a dining table and two deckchairs for sunbathing until late afternoon. The terrace adjoins the neighbouring flat, but is separated by planters.   
  
The flat has a covered parking space and a ski locker at the entrance to the flat.   
  
Umbrella bed, ironing board and iron available.   
  
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, but are available at extra cost if required.   
  
As far as cleaning is concerned, please leave the kitchen clean and tidy on your departure, take out your rubbish and think about selective sorting.
