Wonderful stay. During the trip, my wife fell ill (the flu). As we waited in the lobby, the woman in the front desk asked her if she could prepare a cup of tea. That detail and extra attention is what made this hotel stand out from others we stayed on our multi city Italian trip.

A causa di lavori improvvisi non abbiamo soggiornato all hotel cristallo, ma in un altro hotel dello stesso gruppo, L hotel kursaal. L’hotel Kursaal è in una posizione ottima, sul lungomare, praticamente sulla spiaggia, vicino a negozi e intrattenimento. La struttura è imponente e di effetto. La camera silenziosa, con balconcino che da sulla spiaggia, forse un po’ piccola e da rinnovare. Colazione varia e abbondante. Un buon soggiorno

Non sembra un hotel a 4 stelle...può essere che sia a causa del Covid, ma questo non giustifica il fatto che non ci hanno avvisato che l’hotel richiesto sarebbe stato dependance di un altro albergo, in cui la colazione veniva servita in un’altra struttura e che e anche per ogni richiesta dovevamo rivolgersi a questa. In più l’hotel mi è sembrato molto trascurato.

buon hotel in centro a Cattolica

abbiamo soggiornato due notti presso questo hotel a febbraio come base per il weekend della coppa italia di basket a Pesaro (20 km circa). l'hotel è nel centro di Cattolica, che a febbraio è comunque abbastanza deserto. Noi abbiamo utilizzato l'hotel il parcheggio interno (a pagamento), non so bene dove avremmo potuto parcheggiare in alternativa visto che le zone blu intorno erano comunque sempre tutte piene. molto gentile il personale, sia al check in che nelle altre occasioni di incontro. hotel in buone condizioni, non bellissimo l'ascensore. camera abbastanza ampia, bagno nella norma, tutto molto pulito. Insonorizzazione scarsa, qualità del sonno comunque discreta (ma da rivedere in periodi più affollati a Cattolica). Molto buona e assortita la colazione. Comunque una buona struttura

Struttura pulita e strategicamente ben posizionata rispetto al centro pur non essendo direttamente sul mare ma, avendo pernottato a gennaio, questo dato non era prioritario. Colazione positiva e comodo parcheggio (a pagamento). Le camere non sono grandi ma pulite e il wi fi è ok
