Pros: This place was very clean and freshly remodeled. Located very close to all touristic activities. The only problem we encountered was parking. They is paid parking nearby, but that was expensive. Clean, comfortable, adequately if minimally-supplied property. It would help to have a bath mat, more than 2 teaspoons and cereal bowls, a saucepan, and a clean sponge provided. Area is a garbage dump - there is refuse everywhere. The friendly neighbourhood is VERY, VERY noisy, as is the apartment block itself. A prior guest left behind a packet of earplugs.
