Vu le prix de la chambre, et la mode du " menage sur demande et encore on vous change les serviettes..." c'est un peu limite. »

To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay. « Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay. »

« Jocelyn at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately her cheery and helpful attitude was the only highlight. The breakfast situation was horrible. There was one, I repeat, ONE person taking breakfast orders, cooking, cleaning tables, replenishing (and keeping an eye on guests understanding that the continent breakfast wasn't included in a room stay) continental breakfast items and coffee. Unless there was some extreme situation, the hotel management should be ashamed. ...

« Bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre au rez de chaussez (1er étage) insupportable et impossible de le réduire (conception de l'hôtel). C'est la plainte numéro un des clients, et ce n'est pourtant indiqué dans aucun des avis !!! Le personnel a fait ce qu'il a pu; c'est à dire rien (hôtel complet) mais a été désolé et très aimable. »

« Déçu par Hôtel.com car la piscine fermée pour travaux n’a pas été mis en avant sur la fiche de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est en travaux, il est sale. La clim et le frigo sont bruyants donc obligé de les couper pendant la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas isolées donc on dort avec les voisins bruyants. Les cafards dans la salle de bain ce matin ont fini mon avis sur mon séjour.... Dommage car la vue depuis la chambre sur le marais est magnifique. »
