Within minutes to Carmel by the Sea, Monterey or Santa Cruz County this is the perfect location to explore everything the Monterey Bay area has to offer. We hope you will enjoy this fantastic Ocean Front View three (3) bedroom, three (3) full bath, 1665 square foot Townhouse. This townhouses has unobstructed views straight out to the Pacific Ocean. Open beam ceilings and large windows take advantage of the spectacular view. This special residential townhouse is the perfect vacation getaway on the Monterey Bay and you will wish it was your everyday beach home. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and end your day with a walk on the beach with beautiful sunsets right out your door. HOA includes community pool, spa, tennis courts and a sport court. The units Fireplace serves as living room decor only, it is currently inoperable. We're sorry, you may not bring your adorable pets to this home. This includes service animals as the owners are highly allergic to animals. Anyone found bringing animals into the home will incur an additional $10,000 fee for the stringent cleaning required to make the home habitable again for the property owners. There was a little confusion up to check in because we received some computer generated messages that did not apply to our rental property. Because it is so newly remodeled, there were very few spices etc which are often left by previous tenants. The welcome coffee/tea and wine offering was very nice. The living room lacked any lighting at all until our last night and the lamp provided was better but not sufficient. The kitchen is well equipped with most items you would need and a nice supply of cleaning products, dishwasher detergent, etc. The beds and linens are all high quality and very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The bedrooms and bathrooms are equally nice so there is really no loser in the bedroom roulette. The staff was very responsive and helpful.
