BEACHFRONT Property with Room for Everyone

“Sea La Vie” is a beautifully updated property with room for everyone just STEPS away from the beach. Enjoy the gorgeous views and peaceful atmosphere. This home is located in a gated community packed with many amenities. This home boasts four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Three bedrooms have a king size bed in each room. The fourth bedroom has a full bed along with a twin over full bunk bed that kids will love.

The house features a full coffee bar, BBQ, washer/dryer, and stocked kitchen. There are also plenty of toys, beach gear, books and games for all ages. Relax on the front or back patio, or take a walk down the beach and soak up the ocean air. Great spot for seasonal whale watching and keep an eye out for other sea life all year long!

Perfect location to enjoy many wonderful spots in the area. Head north on Highway 1 and grab a meal at The Whole Enchilada or other restaurants in Moss Landing. Keep heading north towards Santa Cruz and Capitola. Phil's Fish Market in Castroville is also nearby! Grab your golf clubs and head south on Highway 1 to Pebble Beach or any other of the world class golf courses in the area. The Monterey Bay Aquarium on Cannery Row is an easy 20 minute drive. A few minutes further south you will find Carmel-by-the-Sea, a lovely spot packed with excellent shopping, art and dining. This beautiful area of the California coast offers something for everyone and every age. Flying in from out of state? The Monterey Regional Airport is a 20 minute drive away and the San Jose International Airport is about an hour away. No matter what brings you here, we are confident that you will enjoy every moment of your stay!

*Please note that the maximum number of overnight guests is NINE and the maximum number for a gathering on the property is TEN people, per the Monterey Dunes Colony HOA Rules. Fines are issued for exceeding these numbers.

Gorgeous view from the 2nd story master suite deck. Perfect place for morning coffee for two. The 1st floor also has floor to ceiling views to the ocean and plenty of room for family & large table for games. We even completed a 1000 piece disney puzzle on the coffee table--the puzzle was one of the things we found amongst the many games in the laundry room. Lots of fun toys for the littles upstairs, entertaining books, highchair, booster seat & changing pad. Plenty of rooms for our growing family. Very comfortable stay. However, one upstairs king room is more of a loft with windows into the living room area rather than having their own ocean view windows to the ocean air. Not as quiet & private as expected. That was misleading and a bit disappointing.

Amazing Beach House
Sea La Vie is a gem! Great house, all the comforts of home, comfortable beds and the views and beach access are AMAZING! Gina is welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with - top notch all around. A perfect long weekend with the family. We will for sure be back!

We loved the location of the house, the amenities and the amazing view 😀. Some things were confusing in the communications department and a few items were a little bit dirty but overall it was a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Family Trip!
We had a terrific time on our annual family trip to Monterey Dunes. This home easily accommodated our group and was well equipped for all of our needs. Loved watching the sunset each evening! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing - Outstanding Place to Stay
We had an Amazing Time at Sea La Vie! Gina is wonderful to work with from start to finish. The instruction notebook for the rental was very well put together. The location could not have been more perfect! The home is comfortable as are the beds. It's spacious, well decorated and clean. It has all the amenities from spices to family games. We walked the private beach morning and evening, while the kids played with the abundance of beach toys the home offers. We had spectacular sunsets every evening!. We also enjoyed the community hot tub at the club house. Plenty of room for the whole family with beautiful views. It was a great stay had by all :-)

Relaxing fun family vacation
The view was amazing. We were a party of 9 with two younger kids and it was spacious and perfect. My husband and son used the activity center that is on-site and had a blast. The house was cozy, the beds comfy, and loved all of the info about the surrounding activities and restaurants near by.

Whales!
The home was amazing! All the little extras were so appropriated. Lots of extras. We watched whales and sea lions out the window. The boys played in the sand. Great restaurants and a coffee shop near by. The owner was super helpful.
