The place was very nice and had great views. Excellent views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, club house privileges (tennis, basketball, pool in the summer, hot tub, etc), VERY QUIET neighborhood, quick access to Monterey, includes use of four free passes to the Aquarium, very clean, well stocked kitchen, extremely responsive host. While it’s not a swimming beach, the waves were incredible to watch the house or the short walk to the dunes. The clubhouse has great amenities, and the house provided rackets and other activities.
