The comfortable villa "Le Rondini" is situated in the center of Castronno, Italy, approximately 10 km from the city of Varese and its lake. It offers a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking facilities. The property is surrounded by a fenced lawn with trees, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors during your vacation rental stay.

While the owner resides in a separate semi-detached house on the property, part of the house is closed and unoccupied, ensuring privacy. The villa features a comfortable and cozy living/dining room equipped with a television. On the upper floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. Another double bedroom on this level comes with air conditioning, along with an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is a room with two beds. The top floor boasts a large room with sloping ceilings, accommodating one bed, one double bed, and a fan. This level also includes another room with sloping ceilings, featuring two beds and a fan, as well as a separate bath, bidet, and WC.

The villa offers a range of convenient amenities to enhance your stay. It is equipped with a large kitchen/living room featuring four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. An open-hearth fireplace (solely for decoration) adds a cozy ambiance. Air conditioning is available in one of the double bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable environment during warmer months. The property also provides heating, which is available from October 15 to April 15. Two terraces offer outdoor seating areas, complete with terrace furniture.
