### Wonderful seaview w/ direct sea access & jacuzzi

Nestled on the mediterranean coastline with direct access to the sea this villa will make you feel like you’ve found peace at heart. Every evening you will admire the sun disappear in the blue sea as there are no barriers between you and the beauty of nature.   
  
This villa is an elegant typical white building of southern Apulia. It is surrounded by lush mediterranean plants and traditional stone walls where you can relax and enjoy your holiday.   
  
The villa has a large kitchen and living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. There is a double bed in each bedroom, and two single sofa beds in the large living room. Baby beds are available on request (€30 each). Being on the outdoor patio feels like being on a terrace overlooking the sea. Amongst the properties of our collection, this is in one of the most sought after locations.   
  
The indoors is cool thanks to the large traditional walls that keep the heat outside and the many windows looking onto the sea. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, and heating for the winter months. The bedrooms are large with big wardrobes, the kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a dishwasher and induction stoves. There is no TV as this is the perfect place for a digital detox, but if you feel you’re missing out not being connected you can always use the free WiFi.   
  
Just below the house, with fantastic views of the sea and the bay, there is a private outdoor jacuzzi for your (optional) private use. It can be heated up to 40 °C and therefore it's usable in winter as well. If you like to use it, there is a surcharge of €120 for the preparation €15 per day, which includes regular maintenance through our specialised team a few times per week.   
  
In the same property but at considerable distance another villa is available with two bedrooms and one bathroom. For larger groups both villas can accommodate up to 10-13 guests.   
  
 Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.   
  
 Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.   
  
 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.   
  
 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.   
  
 Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,42 on 09/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

 Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.   
  
 Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.

La struttura è in una posizione fantastica, con una vista sul mare superlativa soprattutto la sera verso il tramonto. La casa è ampia e ben strutturata arredamenti sobri ma molto curati. C’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Il relax è assicurato. La discesa mare è privata e non è proprio del tutto agevole. però fattibile e appagante una volta raggiunto lo splendido mare.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Privatsfähre. Das Haus war einfach zu finden und mit dem Auto kann mann sehr schöne Strände erkunden. Die Dusche drausen hat uns am besten gefallen und der private Zugang zum Meer! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. DANKE!

#### Phantastische Lage und Aussicht

Lage und Ruhe der Villa, Großzügige Auslegung der Räume und Grundstück, Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, Küche gut ausgestattet, gutes WLAN Villa ist bei starkem Wind zugig, Kühlschrank sehr laut, Herd zu schwach, keine zwei Platten auf voller Leistung möglich. Beschattung der Terrasse unzureichend, Warmwasserboiler der Dusche in einem Bad sehr alt und schwach, nicht einmal eine kurze Dusche damit möglich. Bis zu sieben Katzen auf der Terrasse gleichzeitig anwesend, die lautstark ihr tägliches Futter fordern.

#### Perfekt zum Erholen und Wiederkommen

Die Lage und besonders die Größe des Hauses sind für einen Erholungsurlaub unter der Sonne Apuliens perfekt. Die Ausstattung erfüllt nahezu alle Wünsche. Eine Mikrowelle bzw./und ein Backofen fehlen. Der Kühlschrank ist in die Jahre gekommen. Besonderes Augenmerk sollte auf das Warmwasser-Management gelegt werden. Bäder und Küche verfügen zwar über eigene Elektroboiler, doch das damit erzeugte Wasser reicht kaum für einen normalen Verbrauch aus. Die Badewanne ist damit nicht voll zu bekommen. Doch das sollte niemanden davor abhalten, hier zu buchen!

#### Wonderful location but a bit tired and overpriced

Fantastic location. Great swimming from the rocky shore as long as it is fairly calm. If rougher there is a good beach a very short drive away. Interior of property is getting a bit tired. Showers are basic and need some maintenance. The property is overpriced, reflecting the location rather than the property as a whole. We also had a problem with cats on the property that appear to have been fed by previous guests. This meant that we could not really eat outdoors nor leave doors or windows open as the cats would be in and on the table and kitchen units. The property owner did take on board our complaint eventually, started to remove the cats and agreed some compensation for the adverse impact of the cats. I requested that they mention the cats in the property description and to not feed them. The reduction to 4 stars is for the tired interior rather than the cats.

#### Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lage und toller Ausstattung!

Wir haben das Haus zu sechst im August 2020 für 12 Tage bewohnt und waren begeistert. Wir fahren jedes Jahr zusammen nach Italien und hatten in diesem Haus bis jetzt die beste Zeit. Im Grunde brauch man diesen Ort nicht mehr zu verlassen und kann total entspannen. Der quasi private Felsen zum Schwimmer und die naheliegenden Klippen sind toll und im Grunde auch angenehmer als die teilweise sehr vollen öffentlichen Strände in Italien - auch wenn das zu weilen auch sehr unterhaltsam ist! Der Ort ist perfekt erreichbar und es gibt tolle Lebensmittelmärkte und lokale Produkte zu kaufen. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und hatten keinerlei Probleme im Haus alles zu verwirklichen. Das Beste ist der tägliche Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse :) Vielen Dank auch an Olivier und Donatello für die einfache und direkte Kommunikation.
