Set only 2-minutes' walk from the beach and with no detail spared, each villa boasts luxurious and comfortable living spaces with the finest fixtures. The rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or entertaining while watching the spectacular sunsets or viewing ships sailing in and out of the Castries harbor and beyond. All bedrooms have elegant ensuite bathrooms with showers and open onto the terrace offering unparallel Caribbean Sea views. Other amenities include air-conditioned bedrooms and living areas, overhead ceiling fans, granite and quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, gas stove top, electric ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, wine chillers, washers and dryers, rooftop terrace, IPTV, and high-speed internet access. The pictures depict this luxury villa very accurately! Wonderful unit, exceptionally clean, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and sofa, amazing balconies with glass railings overlooking a dreamy view of the ocean! Perfect pool and court yard. Alex even cooked us an amazing fish BBQ to die for! Alex is well connected and arranged dinners at the Coal Pot, Big Chef, and even helped arrange excursions so we didn't have to wait around trying to make bookings! As a host he was super friendly and made us feel like family at home! Alex also provided fresh ripe mango's daily from the mango trees on the property, as well as a fresh papaya grown on the property as well. Totally over the top property for luxury, location, view, cleanliness, friendliness, atmosphere, and size! Will visit again and will keep in touch with Alex! ##### Gurminder T. Alex, Aunt Bee, and the gentlemen maintaining the property every day were all amazing and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The pool was amazing and had the best view. We had a chef come and cook for us one Sunday afternoon, which was delicious. We did enjoy buying day passes at some of the resorts. We went hiking to a cascading waterfall and also went diving. We were on the 3rd floor. Wonderful views, close to beach. comfortable king beds with extra pillows in each room, 2 1/2 baths, plenty of space and lots of appliances / cooking items. We didn’t see a bunk room that was advertised but didn’t require anyways. Separate brand new towels for beach/mud bath if you go, pool towels, and shower towels. Amazing pool & pool chairs with view of ocean. Alex / Aunty B / Matthew took great care of us and even cooked one night and did a grocery run for us. Plugs for all sorts of chargers (USB-C/US plug /UK plug). WiFi worked great even at the pool. Alex provided a wonderful driver that coordinated all driving for the week. The only consideration I would raise is location if you don’t have a vehicle. It’s not within walking distance of any restaurants. Sandals is nearby but we couldn’t access the restaurants with kids (you do have full beach access). We spent a lot of time cooking at the place. So just make sure to buy food/drinks accordingly. ##### andi h.
