### Stunning Sea views 3 bed bungalow - 5 mins from beach!

This three bed cottage is located on the Wild Atlantic Way on the spectacular Beara Penninsula in West Cork. Situated on one acre of rustic private land, the house is nestled between the Caha mountains and the waters of Bantry bay and offers panoramic sea and mountains views. The location allows for the perfect mix of being immersed in nature and yet a quick 5 minute drive from the pretty town of Castletownbere where you will find all amenities.  
  
The house is ideal for families and comfortably sleeps 6 but can also accommodate 8\. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with patio doors. A large living room and dining space with panoramic seaviews and an open fireplace. The large master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The large family bedroom has sea views and has a double bed and a queen bed. The third double bedroom also has seaviews. The house includes a second shower room just off the hallway. There is a large patio area to the front of the property where you can catch the sunrise and sunset over Roaring Water Bay and Bere Island. It is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax after a day of outdoor activities including mountain walks, sea swimming, kayaking, golf, horse riding, hiking, and sailing.   
  
The rugged Beara Peninsula has maintained its status as one of Ireland’s best kept secrets in a small part because its winding rural roads are too narrow for tour buses. This makes it a very special place and has some of the most breathtakng scenery in the world. Witness Exotic greenery, which can survive the Irish winters thanks to the warm Gulf Stream.  
  
The house is less than 2km from the bustling village of Castletownbere where you will find all amenities including a supermarket, restaurants, pubs, cafes, butchers, fish mongers, delicatessin, health food store, medical centres, post office, shops etc. Known as Ireland's fishing capital, if you are a fish or seafood fan, this is the haven for you. Drop in to the famous MacCarthy's Bar, which has been in the same family for 150 years, and enjoy a pint.
